The Goal of the Kazz Music Orchestra is to provide premium live musical entertainment for weddings and special events. On the way to reaching that goal, we strive to have fun, and work in a professional manner that makes the planning of these events as simple, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible for our clients. If that sounds good to you, then we want to work with you! Founded by saxophonist Joe Kaczorowski in 2010, the Kazz Music Orchestra has become one of the most respected bands in metro area. The group features a full lineup consisting of male and female singers, keyboards, guitar, bass, drums, trumpet, saxophone, and trombone. However, the band is flexible enough to also perform as small as a six piece ensemble with one singer, keyboards, guitar, bass, drums, and saxophone. The band covers all of the top dance hits from the 60s through today, and loves to perform a wide variety of styles, including Motown, disco, funk, pop, R&B, 80s, and contemporary dance hits! The musicians of the band have impressive credentials, including performing in Broadway and Off-Broadway shows, headlining major NYC nightclubs such as B.B. King’s Blues Club in Times Square, performing at area casinos including Mount Airy Casino and Resort and Empire Casino. The members of The Kazz Music Orchestra have generated impressive individual credentials as well with various members of the group having performed or recorded with Aretha Franklin, The Temptations, N Sync, Macy Gray, Roberta Flack, Harry Belafonte, and Celine Dion. We want you to hear it from others for whom we have worked Here’s what past clients have said about us: “The band was awesome! We were thrilled. Your lead singer is off the hook. Numerous people said she was a dead ringer vocally for Aretha Franklin. We were so happy with the music. Your rendition of True Companion was beautiful. I know it’s kind of a cheesy song, but it didn’t sound at all that way when you did it. Not sure if you saw, but I was crying. It was so beautiful and conveyed so much of the emotion I was thinking that night. We absolutely noticed all the little touches you did. The fact that on your own you decided to do a U2 song and chose Angel of Harlem no less was amazing. That is one of my favorite songs and I always joke to Allen that I’m his angel of Harlem. How you knew this had special meaning to me, I don’t know, but it was really special for me that you did this. All of our special request songs were great. New York, NY was awesome. We could not have been happier with the music at our wedding… It was a real pleasure working with you leading up to the wedding. You were very organized and responsive. You have no idea how much of a godsend that is while planning a wedding (well probably you do). It gave us so much confidence… If you ever need a recommendation, please don’t hesitate to ask. We would recommend the band in a heartbeat.” - Nicole and Allen – Middletown, NY Here’s what one of the Hudson Valley’s most respected wedding coordinators/planners had to say about the Kazz Music Orchestra after working with us for the first time: “I had the pleasure of working with Kazz Music in October at one of my weddings. I loved it! It was such a wonderful experience to see the guests dancing all night to the live music from many musical eras including Motown, the 70s, 80s, 90s, and today’s contemporary styles of music. Guests young and old thoroughly enjoyed the evening’s entertainment as the musicality of the band was exceptional! I loved the way Joe and his musicians interacted with the guests… and even offered between inning updates for our NY Yankees game. He was a crowd pleaser!!! It was just a grand evening. In my opinion, the price of the entertainment for the evening was also very reasonable, given the fact that there were 8 band members. I will also say that I could not have asked for better cooperation with contract and timeline documentation. Joe was thorough and very attentive to any needs that I had. He certainly did his best to adhere to the bride and groom’s music selections. It was a pleasure working with him. I’m really looking forward to next wedding season as I have several events already planned with Kazz Music. - JoAnn M. We are still recovering from our Friday night “dance party” and truly appreciate you and your band agreeing to stay and play music for an additional half hour. We were impressed with your professionalism throughout the planning process and the entire weekend. From connecting to the resort prior to the weekend, learning new songs (even one at the very last minute), and your timeliness, we could not have asked for more! Your band is extremely talented and versatile! You played a great range of songs that everyone from all generations could enjoy. The lead singer is a show stopper!!! Also, the music you played for the wedding ceremony set just the right tone. And the jazz trio for the cocktail hour added to the vibe that Greg and Julie wanted for the evening. It was truly a magical weekend and we could not have done it without you!” – Beth and Ed – Emerson Resort & Spa “Hi Joe! So nice to hear from you and can’t believe that you are thanking me! I want to thank you and the band for playing so amazingly on Friday and Saturday! The music was such a hit, you guys really nailed it. We had an awesome time and heard from so many of our guests that they loved the music, especially Friday night. Your singer has an amazing voice and totally captured the soul sound we were looking for. We were so happy that everyone got into it and enjoyed dancing!! It was awesome to see people let loose! And I do really appreciate that you learned the Joss Stone songs for me!! They were perfect! Let me know if you would like me to write up something for your website or do you have a facebook page? I am more than happy to. All the best!” - Julie and Greg – Mt. Tremper, NY “Amy and I wanted to thank you for all that you did in helping us with the music for our wedding. The classical piano music performed by Andrea for the ceremony was beautiful and helped set the stage for a wonderful ceremony. We’ve gotten so many compliments about her playing, and we really appreciated Andrea taking the time to meet with us ahead of time to play examples of different music selections in order to help guide our choices for ceremony music. The dance music for the reception was also a hit, which was pretty obvious considering there were people on the dance floor all night! In addition to the music, we really appreciated all of your suggestions for planning our wedding – both music-related, and general suggestions based on your past experiences with other weddings. We’ll definitely be recommending you to anyone we know looking for music in the future. Thanks again.” – Jeremy and Amy – Cole Hill Farm, West Hurley, NY “Thank you so much for everything. Everyone loved the band. I can’t tell you how many people complimented us on the music – both at the ceremony and at the reception. And you couldn’t have been easier to work with… Thanks for making this whole process so fun and easy” – Leah and Brent – Poughkeepsie, NY “You guys were awesome. I can’t tell you how many people at the wedding commented on how good you sounded, and how many people enjoyed dancing to your music (but I guess that much was obvious!)… The jazz trio at the beginning also sounded spectacular. I couldn’t have been happier with it all… Also, my mom just adored working with you!” – Erin and Charles – Ithaca, NY “I wanted to just let you know that you guys were the hit of the wedding! I can’t believe that today marks one month from the big day. I mean, you guys were sooo wonderful, I can’t tell you how happy we were with everything – EVERYONE thought you were wonderful! Thanks for playing “The Weight” two times… it is my favorite song in the whole world. We heard all of the requests – all I can say is that everything was perfect. You were so wonderful to work with (excellent, excellent follow up!) and gave us some great ideas on how to make the event as perfect as it was…” – Megan and Geoffrey – Old Wethersby, CT |
